Dataset coverage, latency and completeness commitments must be confirmed in the written quote or agreement.
Orders, scope and delivery
Before any paid Qtick access or custom project starts, the parties should agree in writing on the dataset or service scope, delivery method, license, availability, support, schedule, price, currency, taxes or additional charges and any cancellation terms.
